I know! I thought about cotton fleece as well, but it doesn't hold up well in the washer. The wool tends to separate from the cotton and look yucky. I thought of doing my bamboo/cotton, but I think that would stretch out of shape badly. I'm actually quite surprised at how much I'm enjoying knitting with this acrylic. It doesn't feel yucky plasticie and looks very cool. My other thought was that it might behave similar to fleece soakers. So if kiddo has an accident, I'm hoping it won't leak like crazy.
