I thought I would share my weekly meal plan with ya'll. This weeks recipes come mostly from the website www.nourishedkitchen.com.
Meals include, Pot Roast, Coconut Shrimp Soup, Roast Chicken, Stir Fry, Salmon, Chicken and Quinoa Salad and Pasta with White Clam Sauce.
And my shopping list. This contains a list of everything needed to make all the meals on week 1. Before heading out to the store, I just go through my pantry quick and cross of any items that I don't need and add staples that I'll need for lunches and breakfast.
